    Richard Rodman is a veteran financial controller and operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing finance, ERP integration, and business transformation. As CFO, Richard manages accounting and financial operations for Sustainable Power Tech and related entities, including real estate and marine ventures. He has led finance and operations teams at companies including CSR Cosmetic Solutions and Fletcher Group Automation. Notably, Richard directed the financial due diligence and post-sale integration of two engineering firms acquired by a multinational company. His expertise in strategic planning, M&A, cash flow optimization, and investor reporting is critical to Sustainable Power Tech’s capital planning and financial stewardship.
